TURN-UP DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turn-up device preventing bagginess and air entry failure of a turned-up part of a cylindrical rubber sheet. SOLUTION: The cylindrical rubber sheet 2 is held to the outer peripheral side of a drum 12. The end of the drum 12 is provided with a bead lock section 13 holding a sheet end 2a and a bead 3. A turn-up roller 14 is provided for extending and turning up the sheet end 2a held by the bead lock section 13. A pressing roller 16 is provided for pressing the sheet end 2a to the turn-up roller 14. The pressing roller 16 is freely movable in the center axis direction of the drum 12. The pressing roller 16 is biased to the turn-up roller 14 side. The sheet end 2a is held by the turn-up roller 14 and the pressing roller 16.
