PACKET NON-INTERRUPT TRANSMISSION SYSTEM, PACKET NON-INTERRUPT SWITCHING DEVICE, AND PACKET NON-INTERRUPT SWITCHING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein delay fluctuations occur, when switching a route in a conventional packet non-interrupt transmission system.

SOLUTION: In the packet non-interrupt transmission system provided with a transmission side for duplicating packets to which order identifiers are added and transmitting them via a plurality of routes and a reception side for selecting the packet arriving early from the packets to which the same identifier is added and which are received from among the plurality of routes and transferring it to the downstream, the packet non-interrupt transmission system includes a switch instruction means for giving an instruction to switch the packet to be transferred to the downstream on the reception side from the reception packet of a first route to the reception packet of a second route; and a packet delay means for gradually delaying the packet of the first route of a switching source; until the delay time becomes equal to or shorter than a preset threshold; when the delay time until the same packet as the packet received from the first route is received from the second route is longer than the threshold at the point of time at which the instruction is given from the switch instruction means and after.
