METHOD FOR FORGING GOLF CLUB HEAD, AND DIE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forging a golf club head capable of suppressing the amount of scraps, and reducing the heating time of a forging material and the cost required for the manufacturing process, and a die therefor.

SOLUTION: The forging method comprises: a forging material heating step of heating a forging material; a forging material-placing step of placing the heated forging material in a die having a space for communicating a cavity for forming an object by the forging of itself with the outer side: and a forge-rolling step of executing the plastic deformation of the forging material so as to be filled in the cavity of the die by applying the pressure to the forging material from the space.
