PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that inhibits a function of a transmitting apparatus removed from a predetermined object. SOLUTION: In a transmitting apparatus 22 to be mounted on a preliminarily defined object, an input portion 30 receives image data imaged by an imaging apparatus. An authenticating portion 36 confirms mounting on the preliminarily defined object. When the authenticating portion 36 confirms mounting on the preliminarily defined object, a wireless communication portion 34 transmits the image data inputted in the inputting portion 30 to a predetermined destination.
