PURPOSE: Fermented lactobacteria eggs using lactobacteria and a production method thereof are provided to reduce concerns about cholesterol. CONSTITUTION: Fermented lactobacteria eggs using lactobacteria is obtained by inoculating and cultivating commercial edible lactobacillus. A method for preparing fermented lactobacteria eggs comprises: preparing edible fermented lactobacteria eggs; sterilizing it with 70% ethanol solution, crushing an inoculation region using tentative needles; and inoculating the culture fluid and cultivating the inoculated region.
