<p>The system has a cylindrical shaped central outlet channel (9) that is extended on outlet side end region by star-shaped and bag-shaped extension (18) in a ring shaped outer outlet channel (10). Mixer is provided with a mixing tube and attached on nozzle arrangement. Multiple mixing elements are arranged on the mixing tube. The mixer comprises a central body in inlet side end region.
