PURPOSE: An anchor bolt and an anchor bolt assembly are provided to efficiently resist negative reaction applied to a structure within an elasticity limit. CONSTITUTION: An anchor bolt(200) comprises a first body(202), a second body(204), and an elastic plate(206). A screw thread is formed on the outer surface of the first body and fixes an object to a structure. The second body is extended from the first body and is inserted into a hole formed in the structure. The elastic plate is inserted into one surface of the second body.
