PLANT STEM CELL DERIVED FROM CAMBIUM OF FAMILY SOLANACEAE AND METHOD OF ISOLATING AND CULTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for isolating and culturing family Solanaceae cambium-derived stem cells is provided to stably maintain the stem cells and to suppress aging-associated enzyme generation. CONSTITUTION: A family Solanaceae cambium-derived stem cells are immature undifferentiated cells without dedifferentiation. A method for isolating the stem cells comprises: a step of preparing family Solanaceae cambium-containing tissues; a step of culturing the tissues in a medium; and a step of isolating cells from the cambium. The family Solanaceae is genus Lycopersicon, tomato.
