PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for transparent gradation is provided to ensure transparent and gradation effects without stickiness. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains dextrin oil tackifier, one or more oil having 1.38-1.58 of average oil refractive index, and hydrocarbon copolymer. The dextrin oil tackifier is denoted by chemical formula 1. The dextrin oil tackifier is dextrin behenate, dextrin laurate, dextrin myristate, dextrin palmitate or dextrin stearate. The oil is contains in 0.1-90 weight% based on total weight. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of lip gloss, lip balm, multi balm, eye balm, eyebrow, eye gel or soil perfume.
