PURPOSE: A circulation liquid conversion device of a geothermal heat pump in an apartment house is provided to improve the heating-cooling efficiency and stability of a heat pump system, since a flow path of a circulating fluid is changed by the operation of a 3-way valve. CONSTITUTION: A circulation liquid conversion device of a geothermal heat pump in an apartment house comprises a ground heat exchanger(10), a heat pump(40), and a heat exchanger(30). The ground heat exchanger has a heat supply unit and a heat recovery unit. The heat pump connects to the ground heat exchanger and comprises a condenser and an evaporator. The heat exchanger connects to the heat pump. The ground heat exchanger, the heat pump, and the heat exchanger are connected through a fluid circulating pipe(50). Four 3-way valves are installed on the fluid circulating pipe.
