PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is formed on a dummy color filter in a non display area of a second substrate, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost by reducing the liquid crystal amount between the first and the second substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate has a non display area in the outer display area. A sealant(106) is formed between non display area of a first substrate and dummy color filter of a second substrate. A first color spacer maintains the interval of the first substrate and the second substrate by being formed between display area of the first substrate and a second substrate. In the display space, a plurality of pixels is formed by intersection of a plurality of gate line and data line.
