PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide and organic material removal apparatus from air and processing water, using plants is provided to economically install a facility fore prevent the environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide and organic material removal apparatus from air and processing water comprises a unit facility including an air circulation device(1) and a processing water circulation device(2). The air circulation device includes an air upper side guide plate(13) and an air lower side guide plate(12). The processing water circulation device includes a processing water upper side guide plate(23) and a processing water lower side guide plate(22).
