<p>PURPOSE: An environmental friendly EBT filler and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve an aperture rate by selecting the material having high fire proofing function. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an environmental friendly EBT filler comprises next steps. A slag by-product produced in a nickel smelting process is shattered to be 1~8mm sized particles. The nickel or Fe component is classified. The additive containing MgO component is additionally by controlling MgO content in 40~60 weight%. Moisture is eliminated.</p> |
