PURPOSE: A multicore optical cable switching device for supplying a communication service without interrupt is provided to reduce switching working time by switching main optical line by an optical switch. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of optical switches(210) is installed between an OLT(Optical Line Terminal) and an OFD(Optical Fiber Distribution) on dualized optical line. If there is an error on a main optical line(401), a plurality of optical switches switches the main optical line into a preliminary optical line(402). A control device(221) checks the error of the OLT. The control device controls the optical switches.
