PURPOSE: A system for monitoring power consumption is provided to visually induce a power-saving by displaying instantaneous power in real time. CONSTITUTION: A watt hour indicating unit(200) receives first and second instantaneous power applied from an integrated operation switch(100) and displays the received power. The watt hour indicating unit receives the used power quantity of a household and displays monthly amount. A remote metering unit(310) meters the use of power, waterworks, and gas and transmits the use data to a remote metering server(320). The remote metering server transmits present condition data about the use of power, waterworks, and gas to a home network server(330) at a preset time.
