PURPOSE: A porous vinyl bag and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to keep the dried food or drugs accepted to inside according to attaching the non-woven fabric which has permeability on a particular part without changing becoming bad or damaged in long period. CONSTITUTION: A porous vinyl bag and a manufacturing method include a vinyl and an aeration section. The vinyl is consisted of the polypropylene layer(110) and the laminated polyethylene(130) layered on both sides of a bonding layer across the bonding layer(120) and one or more foldings(140, 150) is formed on the one side. The aeration section has one or more a micro hollow(210) capable of in and out of the air. The both ends of the vinyl and aeration section are combined by heat-bonded and the ultraviolet control film layer(160) is combined more in between the polypropylene layer and polyethylene.
