摘要 PURPOSE: A method for preparing pudding containing cream cheese is provided to make the texture of cheese pudding from a muddy and hard state to a smooth state. CONSTITUTION: Cream cheese and sugar are creamed using a mixer. Egg is injected into the creamed mixture and mixed. Warm milk and fresh cream are injected into the mixture. The mixture is filtered through a sieve and waste is filtered. The filtered mixture is stirred at 3~6°C for 7~9 hours. The mixed mixture is roasted in oven. Cream cheese flavor is added in the mixed mixture.
