PURPOSE: A CBT system and a method thereof for controlling devices at test site are provided to improve reliability and satisfaction about a test of examinees by objectively performing determination whether to cheat the test. CONSTITUTION: A test application unit comprises next. A scanner device(110) scans an identification card of an examinee. A video camera device(130) takes a photograph of a face of the examinee for comparing with the photograph of the scanned identification card. A fingerprint recognition device(120) transmits the fingerprint of the examinees. A comparison decider compares the detailed picture of the scanned identification card.
