PURPOSE: An emulsification and copper recovery apparatus using a gas burner is provided to collect waste gas produced during extraction of copper from waste wires and recycle the waste gas as heat source for the gas burner, thereby saving cost. CONSTITUTION: An emulsification and copper recovery apparatus using a gas burner comprises a screw housing(230), a plurality of transfer screws(240), and a waste gas recovery line(220d). One end of the screw housing is extended to outside through a first melting furnace(200a). The transfer screws are designed into a spiral band that is disconnected at the intervals of predetermined length in a radial direction and rotated with a motor in order to accelerate mixing and buffer the flow of transferred materials. The waste gas recovery line connects a waste has filter(G) and a fuel pipe of a gas burner(220a) so that the fuel filtered through the filter is recycled as a fuel for the gas burner.
