PURPOSE: A roasting plate for firepower control is provided to control the temperature of the roasting plate by installing a flame opening and closing device. CONSTITUTION: A roasting plate(10) for firepower control is composed as follows. A double plate is installed to be separated from the bottom of the roasting plate and forms a space. A flame opening and closing device is installed in the double plate and controls the temperature of the roasting plate. An oil receiving unit(20) is formed in one side of the roasting plate and stores oil occurred when food is roasted. |
