PURPOSE: An apartment structure with a vegetable garden at the outer side of a balcony is provided to improve the quality of life by using a vegetable garden as a rest place and a cultivation space. CONSTITUTION: An apartment structure(A) with a vegetable garden at the outer side of a balcony is composed as follows. A family garden(1) is formed by integrally extending a slab layer(2) from the outer side of a balcony(3). The balcony is formed on the front surface of each household. Multiple columns(21) support the bottom of the slab layer. A safety handrail(4) is fixed to the top surface of the slab layer.
