PURPOSE: A method for deleting a letter and a terminal are provided to rapidly delete the letter according to the inclination angle of the terminal without inputting a delete key repetitively. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(100) includes a inclination information measurement unit(130) and a letter deletion management unit(140). The inclination information measurement unit measures the inclination information of a terminal through an inclination sensor. Based on the measured inclination information, the letter deletion management unit deletes one or more among the inputted letter. The inclination information includes one or more among inclined angle and inclination times of the inclined terminal for deleting the letter. |
