METHOD OF FABRICATING ELECTRONIC DEVICE USING SOL-GEL PROCESS AND ROLL-TO-ROLL PROCESS

PURPOSE: A method of fabricating electronic device using sol-gel process and a roll-to-roll process are provided to improve the productivity by improving the process speed by using a roll to roll device comprising a printing roll. CONSTITUTION: One oxide sol solution is prepared out of the sol solutions including the oxide insulator based sol solution and the oxide conductive material based sol solution. The prepared sol solution is offered to the surface of the printing roll(105) as the pattern. The printing roll to which the sol solution is offered is pressed on a substrate(101).
