A method for diagnosing precancerous lesions and early cancer of gastric mucosa comprises endoscopic examination. The complex video esophagogastroduodenoscopy is performed in the mode of high resolution of image, the large magnification (x115), in the narrow spectrum, using chromoscopy with the acetic acid and indigo carmine. The altered pattern of the surface of gastric mucosa is indicative of precancerous lesions and early cancer. |
