METHOD FOR PREDICTING OUTCOME OF EXTRACORPOREAL FERTILIZATION

A method for predicting the outcome of the extracorporeal fertilization (EF) comprises the immunological assays in the venous peripheral blood. The following parameters are assayed: natural killer cytotoxicity, activation markers of T-lymphocytes, T-cytotoxic lymphocytes, T-helpers, natural killers, KIR (CD158a) and CD8 expression. The deviation of the parameters from the "limits of EF fertility is scored in points. The sum of the scores is expressed as the prognostic index.
