FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, can be used in anatomy, forensic medicine and other areas. The method involves dehydration in a solution containing formalin, potassium chloride, potassium acetate or sodium acetate and water for 4 days of a prepared anatomic preparation, ethanol fixation for 4 days, and vacuum impregnation of the preparation in a solution containing a polymeric composition. Before the impregnation, a surface of the preparation is dried up, and the impregnation is performed in a silicone mould with dimensions exceeding the linear dimensions of the preparation by 15 % and one-third full of the liquid polymeric composition. After the preparation is placed in the mould, it is filled with the polymeric composition completely: two-component liquid plastic presented by CrystalCast-9024 and CrystalCast-9028, to keep the preparation therein under vacuum for 24 hours; the silicone mould is taken out, while the surface of the preparation impregnated with the polymeric composition is ground for the demonstration.
