Method for determination of elasto-deformed state of lower jaw at masticating load includes formation on basis of data of computer tomography of three-dimensional computer model of lower jaw of patient, with construction of three-dimensional finite-element net, representation of structural heterogeneity of bone tissue of jaw on basis of its roentgenelogical density and setting mechanical properties of different types of bone tissue by empirical formulas that relate mechanical constants to roentgenelogical density of bone tissue. The jaw is hinged in section of temporomandibular joints with blocking vertical displacements in areas of teeth that are I contact at given conditions of occlusion and power loads are applied to surface nodes of model that correspond to places of attachment of muscles that lift the lower jaw, direction of those is given by orientation of each of muscles determined by data of computer tomography and mechanical force is calculated with respect to bite force determined at hnatodynamometric investigation. At that ratio of force of specific muscles at functionally active side one determines by ratio of cross section of those, and mechanical force of muscles at the opposite side one determines by ratio of electric activity of similar muscles determined at electromyography. |
