PURPOSE: A method and a system for extracting the excellent business district is provided to extract POI(Point Of Interest) according to divided cell units and extracts the start point of the POI business districts, thereby setting excellent business districts. CONSTITUTION: An outstanding business district extracting server(100) comprises next. An input unit(110) inputs number of target stores necessary for business. A proper store number calculator(130) calculates a number of proper stores according to each lower area. An outstanding business district extractor(150) divides the lower area into cell unit. The outstanding business district extractor extracts the POI in the divided cells. The outstanding business district extractor sets the business districts of the extracted POI starting point as outstanding business districts within each lower area. |
