FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pediatric surgery, and can be applied in skin defect surgery. Substance of the method consists in the fact that skin defect borders are localised that is followed with ""-suturing. Two silicone transparent tubes with through needle-ended parallel cutaneous-subcutaneous ""-suturing of surgical steel flex delivered all the way through and under defect tissues are applied from both sides parallel at 2 cm from the skin defect border. The wire ends are wound round the second tube. The defect downsizing is ensured by winding the wire ends over one of tubes and bringing the defect edges closer to each other under visual assistance of skin colour in the regions where the tubes adjoin skin. The winding procedure is continued to ensure the tube distance being a double thickness of skin and subcutaneous layer in a given patient. ^ EFFECT: use of the given invention allows to eliminate skin defects without an open operation on any part of body. ^ 2 ex, 5 dwg |
