The capillaries are provided in the form of a groove (5) that is formed in a valve body (3). The valve body is axially and adjustably arranged in a valve body guide (13). The valve body is adjustable in the valve body guided between two end positions. A pressure fluid supply line (6) is provided in the valve body.
