FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: tractor is arranged on the platform, engine is started, hydraulic system oil is warmed up and suspension mechanism is loaded. Suspension mechanism is loaded by tractor weight. Note here that said mechanism is linked with the base by draw device. Pressure gage is connected to hydraulic system. Thereafter, in testing spool-valve automatic device operation pressure, spool valve handle is set to position "UP". Then accelerator handle is set to maximum fuel feed and spool valve operation pressure is measured by pressure gage. In testing safety valve operation pressure, spool valve handle is set to position "UP" and held fixed therein by hand. Safety valve operation pressure is controlled by gage, and pump feed is estimated by sound safety valve operation pressure. ^ EFFECT: higher rate of testing without using complicated equipment. ^ 2 dwg |
