A method for repair of pipeline, preferably by means of metal muffs, consists in that a substance to under-muff space is introduced under pressure equal to half of pressure inside the pipeline at instant of muff filling, this provides independence of distribution of stresses between the pipe and the muff from the working pressure in pipeline. A pressure for filling under-muff space with substance in general case is calculated by formula,wherein- working pressure inside the pipeline,- pressure in pipeline in the course of filling under-muff space with substance,- substance pressure in under-muff space,- circular tension in wall of pipe without muff at working pressure;- circular tensions in pipe wall with installed muff with filling,- thickness of pipe wall,- thickness of muff wall. The technical result is in increase of repair quality. |
