PURPOSE: A construction method of a concrete water tank using a prefabricated lining panel is provided to enable a concrete water tank to support pressure occurred when concrete is placed. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a concrete water tank using a prefabricated lining panel is as follows. A form(10) corresponding to the shape of a concrete water tank is manufactured. Unit lining panels(30) for forming a lining wall are formed. The lining wall is separated from the form. A connection member(40) connects the lining panel and the form. Concrete is placed in a gap between the form and the lining wall and is cured.
