METHOD OF MATURATION OF DENDRITIC CELL BY MYCOBACTERIUM AVIUM PARATUBERCULOSIS FAP AND METHOD OF INDUCING TH1 IMMUNE RESPONSE

PURPOSE: A method for maturing unmatured dendritic cells by FAP(fibronectin attachment protein) and inducing type 1 immune response is provided to activate T cell. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing matured dendritic cell group comprises: a step of preparing unmatured dendritic cells; and a step of contacting FAP(fibronectin attachment protein) to the dendritic cells to form a dendritic cell group. The matured dendritic cells are positive to CD80, CD86, and MHC-class I and II. A method for producing T cells comprises: a step of preparing unmatured dendritic cells; a step of contacting the dendritic cells with FAP to form matured dendritic cells; and a step of contacting the matured dendritic cells with naive T cells to form activated T cells.
