PURPOSE: A reversible resin needle for one time use is provided, which can prevent risk of damage due to exposure and secure air-tightness. CONSTITUTION: A reversible resin needle for one time use comprises: a cylinder pipe(10) for injecting injection solution in the blood vessel; a piston(20) which is inserted inside the cylinder pipe; a film layer cylinder(30) which is equipped in order not to be exposed outside in the location that the piston is retreated to the maximum in the cylinder pipe; and a location determining element which decides the advanced and retracted position of the piston.
