ACCESS POINT TO ACCESS POINT RANGE EXTENSION

PURPOSE: An access point to access point range extension is provided to extend the depth of a WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) by providing a four-level hierarchal access point structure including wireless access points coupled to a conventional wired access point. CONSTITUTION: A computing device includes at least a processing unit(102) and a memory(104). The computing device contains one or more communications connections(112) that allow the device to communicate with other devices. The communications connections are an example of communication media. Communication media typically embodies computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data in a modulated data signal such as a carrier wave or other transport mechanism and includes any information delivery media.
