PURPOSE: A photo-curable composition for imprinting, and a manufacturing method of a cured product using thereof are provided to secure the improved compatibility, surface tension, coating surface shape, and imprinting property. CONSTITUTION: A photo-curable composition for imprinting contains a photo-polymerizable monomer, a polymerization initiator, and silicone oil with the HLB of 6~8. The content of silicone oil is 0.5~3wt% for the total amount of composition. The viscosity of the composition in 25 deg C is less than 20 millipascals per second.
