PURPOSE: A kitchen knife with a crushing function is provided to improve user convenience, since the upper side of a knife is formed into a flat shape in order to crush garlic and ginger. CONSTITUTION: A kitchen knife with a crushing function comprises a dull part(10) and an edge part. The dull part is formed on the body of the blade part contacted with a knife handle(20), and diagonal checkerwise projections are formed on the back of the knife for a crushing function. The edge part and the dull part are tapered. |
