PURPOSE: An array type photic stimulator is provided, which can activated or control nerve cell within living body and inject optical sensitizer within the living body. CONSTITUTION: An array type photic stimulator comprises: a thin film(2) inserted into living body; and a plurality of cells(1) arranged on a thin film in an array shape. Each cell comprises: a first light source irradiating light to the optical sensitizer within living body; and a second light source irradiating light with wave length different from the first light source to the optical sensitizer. The first and second light sources include organic light-emitting diode, light emitting diode, laser diode, or vertical resonance surface emitting laser.
