THE NOISE SUPPRESSION METHOD OF CHARGE PUMP CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A noise suppression method of a charge pump circuit is provided to suppress the occurrence of the noise by step driving a switch supplying a charge to the charge accumulation capacitor. CONSTITUTION: The step of adding a switch(S1a) with the magnitude of 1/M of a switch(S1) is implemented after certain period from the time when the switch is off. The step of buffering the impact is implemented by reducing the amount of current flowing through the switch when off. Accordingly, the occurrence of the noise is restricted.
