PURPOSE: A method for transmitting a sounding reference signal in a wireless communication system and an apparatus thereof are provided to efficiently transmit a sounding reference signal in a wireless communication system. CONSTITUTION: A reception module receives a sounding reference signal transmission parameter from a base station, and a processor(2410) confirms the off-set value of each component carrier corresponding to a sub-frame to which the sounding reference signal is allocated. The offset values are set up differently for each component carrier. The transmission cycle is set up with a different value for plural component carriers.
