PURPOSE: A biomarker and kit for diagnosing anticancer drug resistance of a patient with breast cancer is provided to early predict the anticancer drug resistance. CONSTITUTION: A biomarker for diagnosing anticancer drug resistance of a patient with breast cancer has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. The anticancer drug is an anthracycline anticancer drug. A kit for diagnosing anticancer drug resistance of a patient with breast cancer comprises the biomarker protein or antibody which specifically binds to an immunogenic fragment thereof and phosphorylated biomarker or antibody which specifically binds to an immunogenic fragment. The kit additionally contains a secondary antibody conjugate, chromogenic solution, washing solution, and enzymes reaction stopping liquid. The secondary antibody conjugate is HRP(horseradish peroxidase), alkaline phosphatase, colloid gold, fluorescence or dye.
