PURPOSE: A tightening screw and a tightening boss are provided to have excellent tightening force in initial use and maintain uniform tightening force and releasing torque in case of re-use. CONSTITUTION: A tightening screw and a tightening boss comprise a head unit and a connecting part. The connecting part comprises a first incline receiving pressure during a tightening process and a second incline receiving pressure during a releasing process. The angle of inclination of the second incline is formed smaller than the angle of inclination of the first incline. The second incline is convexly curved. The tightening boss is coupled with the tightening screw.
