This is an electronic system to combat enuresis (bedwetting). It is intended to monitor and to provide a solution to the problem of nocturnal incontinence. The principal characteristics which distinguish it from other systems are: A) - the moment of urination is detected by means of a resistance which can vary with moisture, which is incorporated in an absorbent, disposable compress (compress probe), connected to a transmitter; B) - the warning signal between the detector assembly (compress probe) and the alarm unit (ARCA) is transmitted by means of radio-frequency. The system is composed of three separate units: 1) - the disposable compressed probe. It detects the moment of urination; 2) - the transmitter. Connected to the compressed probe, both forming a unit, it emits a radio-frequency signal at the moment of detection; 3) - the "ARCA" (receiver and alarm control apparatus). Responsible for activating the alarms at the moment the signal is received from the transmitter. <IMAGE>
