PURPOSE: A device for intercepting standby power in a power line communication of low power is provided to reduce consumer power and effectively reduce standby power of load side. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit(102) provides each static voltage by converting the common use AC power in to direct current voltage by being supplied. A power line communication unit(104) is supplied with converted direct current voltage through the power supply unit, and is operated. The power line communication unit selectively provides propriety AC voltage to load by performing a power line communication. A current sensing unit(106) senses the current state of the load.
