PURPOSE: A water supply and drainage filtering apparatus of a water play device is provided, which gradually precipitates, filters, sterilizes water exhausted from various water play devices. CONSTITUTION: A water supply and drainage filtering apparatus of a water play device comprises: a water playground in which a plurality of water play devices are formed; a precipitation tank(17), a biofilter(18), and an active carbon filter(19) which sterilize water exhausted from the water play device; an ultraviolet sterilizer(20) and a chlorine radical input device(21); and a pump(14) supplying the filtered and sterilized water to the water play device. The bottom surface of the water playground is equipped with a drain groove and absorbs impact of children.
