[Class 20 (i)] [Also in Group I] A pliable camouflage material is composed of wire netting or the like to which is attached steel wool provided with a coating of insoluble phosphate to render it non-corrodible. The steel wool is secured to the netting 1 by staples 3 and is preferably then treated together with the netting with insoluble phosphate by the Parkerizing process, after which it may be painted by spraying or dipping, preferably with a paint which will reflect infra-red rays so that the material cannot be detected by infra-red photography.</p> |
