<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health condition determination apparatus and a determination method for easily determining the condition of a subject's health, and to provide a display method. <P>SOLUTION: The health condition determination apparatus includes: an acquiring means for acquiring physical data and blood components data of a subject, a data conversion formula, and data determination criteria; and a processing means for converting the physical data and the blood components data into relative values by using the data conversion formula to determine a risk of development into a lifestyle-related disease of the subject by using the data determination criteria. Preferably, the acquiring means further acquires a health condition assessment formula and health condition determination criteria. The processing means calculates health condition determination relative values by combining two or more of the physical data, the blood component data, and the relative values, and using the health condition assessment formula to determine a risk of development into the lifestyle-related disease of the subject by collating the health condition determination relative values with the health condition determination criteria.
