SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR USING CONCEALED INFRARED IDENTIFIER TO CONTROL COMPUTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the carrying-in of digital information using a digital identifier by a social computing device that can be used by a plurality of users at the same time.

SOLUTION: A sensor (group) 112 which can perform detection in an infrared region sends a detection result to a processor 106 of a cooperation destination of the sensor 112. The processor 106 evaluates the detection result and identifies infrared readable information. The processor 106 obtains an electronic representation related to an item 110 of a printing destination of the infrared readable information from a storage device (group) for computer 118 on the basis of the identified infrared readable information. The processor 106 causes a user interface (social computing device) 102 of the cooperation destination to present the electronic representation. When the item 110 is placed on or near the device 102 constituting the machine, the electronic representation related to the item 110 is presented on the basis of the infrared readable information printed on the item 110.
