PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a question and answer device for allowing a manager to easily construct the same site as a Q&A site, and allowing a questioner to question in his/her own blog, and also to provide a question and answer method, and a program.

SOLUTION: The question and answer device for allowing a user to post a question on the Internet and allowing a user with knowledge and experience related to the question to answer the question includes: a blog article collecting means for collecting blog articles from the Internet; a question blog extracting means for determining a question blog being the blog with the question posted thereto from the collected blog articles, and extracting the blog; and a question blog display means for displaying the question blog in a user terminal.
